THE SERVICE

Dogs will be provided with bedding, bowls, sofas, toys and all home-from-home comforts, indoors, in our homes, and a minimum of 2 walks a day, weather permitting, normally 1 and a half to 2 hours in total but varies according to the age and ability of the dog.

We will feed your dog with food provided by you, and complimentary treats at our discretion. We can supply fresh food daily should you require, at a small additional charge.

Dogs will be taken for trips in the air-conditioned cars to places of .interesting smells., and they will enjoy games, playing, lots of patting and TLC, music, bedtime stories & treats.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Dogs at The Paw Seasons will be under the immediate care and control of Jenny Marriott, and stay at Sunnymead, Long Ashton Road, Bristol. They may, however, from time to time, be taken on walks or looked after in Long Ashton by part-time but experienced staff. Suitable dogs may be cared for by our colleagues Scarlett Jukes at The Potteries, Luckington, N. Wilts and Melissa Powell at The Forge House, Alderton, N. Wilts. We reserve the right, and only in the interest of the dog, to place the dog with other experienced carers should the need arise.
  2. The Paw Seasons reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to return dogs during the contract period. This may be as a result of an emergency (for eg: as the result of an infectious illness), or because a bitch comes into season, or because a dog is unsettling other dogs. Owners who are going on holiday are therefore required to provide an emergency UK contact and phone number. Should a dog be returned for any reason other than the behaviour of that dog, or it has come into season, the unused period will not be charged.
  3. Dogs are accepted on the basis of the information provided in the Booking Form, and The Paw Seasons cannot accept responsibility for the consequences of a dog exhibiting behaviour not predictable from the information disclosed in the Booking Form. We don.t accept un-neutered male dogs in Long Ashton. Bitches in season, or about to be in season, are also not accepted, nor is any dog unless it has been vaccinated against, and has had annual boosters for Distemper, Infectious Canine Hepatitis, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Leptospira canicola, Leptospira icterohaemorrhaigiae, and Kennel Cough, been wormed within the last 3 months, is up to date with flea and tick treatments, and has no undisclosed medical history.
  4. Deposits paid by online banking or by cheque and made payable to .The Paw Seasons Limited. should be returned with the completed Booking Form. Please note that your booking is NOT confirmed until the deposit has been received. For stays of one week the deposit is £100 per dog. For 2 weeks, £200, for 3 weeks, £300, etc. Deposits can only be returned if the cancellation occurs more than 28 days before commencement of the booking. Balance of payment is due on the day the dog is collected by you or returned by our shuttle service.
  5. Should a dog fall ill, or suffer an accident every effort will be made to contact the owner for instructions. If this proves impossible or impracticable, The Paw Seasons reserves the right in emergencies to use the services, at the expense of the owner, of the Downs Veterinary Practice, 59 Great Brockeridge, Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol BS9 3UA, Tel: 0117 962 2828 or of local, small animal vets in Wiltshire.
